What does APTRYK do?
We’re a technology company: we consult on what to build, build it, and keep it running. That covers web platforms, web and mobile applications, internal systems such as CRMs and client portals, integrations between the tools you already use, and applied AI. Most projects combine several of these.
Where do most clients start?
With one clear piece of work at a fixed price: an AI front desk that answers and books calls 24/7, a client portal for updates, documents and invoices, or a website where every enquiry lands in your systems. A monthly care plan keeps it running. Bigger projects are scoped the same way.
How is pricing structured?
Projects have a fixed price, agreed in writing before work starts, with no hourly billing. Smaller projects start with a 50% deposit and the rest at launch; larger ones are paid by milestone. Ongoing care is a monthly plan, billed in advance. An estimate is a guide; the price is final once the statement of work is signed.
Who owns the work?
You own what we build for you once it’s paid: the code, designs and documentation, and your accounts and data. The tools and platform underneath are what let us build quickly and affordably, so those stay ours, and you get a permanent licence to use them in your system. It’s all written into the agreement before we start.
How do you handle our data and security?
Your data is used only for your project. It’s encrypted in transit and stored with Cloudflare, access is per person, and sensitive actions are logged. We never use your data to train AI models, and before launch we document where it’s stored and which services, including any AI providers, process it.
Do we need technical staff?
No. Most clients don't have an engineering team. We explain decisions in plain language, and handover includes training and documentation for the people who will run the system.
Do you use AI to do the work?
Yes, where it makes the work faster and better, like any good tool. A real person designs it, checks everything and answers for it, and your data never trains anyone’s AI.
What happens after launch?
You get documentation and training for the people who run the system. Most clients keep a monthly care plan for updates, fixes and small changes; it’s optional, and the system is yours either way.
